Café World > Dishes
Update (12th of March 2010): Thank you for your patience! For about two weeks, I was unable to edit this post on my blog. I had to contact my server to be able to increase the memory of my blog and to use a more recent programing code (php 5). But now it is working, and I promise to make the dishes updates very quickly!
If a stove is empty you can begin a new dish by clicking on it. This opens up the Dish Menu where you can choose which dish you wish to cook. The cost of a dish is different depending on how long they take to fully cook and how many Cafe Coins you make from serving them. Dishes award experience every time you complete an ingredient step – be sure to complete all three to set your dish cooking!
Plan ahead by cooking dishes that will become ready to serve the next time you check back in on your Café. Moving your mouse/cursor over a fully prepped dish will display its current cook progress. This is shown as a green progress bar, with a percentage to completion on the left side of the bar.
Here’s an incomplete table of how many Café Points you can get from each dish:

Deleting Dishes
If you run out of counter space to serve a new dish you have the option of deleting an in-progress dish from the stove or deleting a dish from a counter. You can delete dishes by clicking on an in progress dish on your stove or counter and selecting Yes from the Delete Dish confirmation pop-up. Careful! Once a dish is deleted it cannot be returned.
Spoiled Dishes
Care should be taken not to leave fully cooked dishes on the stove for too long! Dishes will start to spoil if they sit around. Spoiled dishes are useless and must be thrown out before you can begin a new dish.
Anto, can you add me in Facebook?

What’s a bot?
A bot is an automated script or program which is used to cheat in a game.
2 new dishes out: Bacon and Eggs (9 hours) + Ginger Plum Pork Chops (1 day).
Yes Ray, just made the update
Plum pork chops at lvl 47. Still haven’t cooked them yet
It appears the new dishes (bacon/eggs & pork chops) have all the same values as the alien dishes (stew & brain bake).
You’re right, although is so much better to cook the grand tandori chicken (same time as the martian bake and plum pork)
And as far as the stew and bacon/eggs is better to cook the lavish lamb curry, even the cooking time is an hour shorter.
I’ve made several analysis and while the stew and eggs give you 15.44 expirience points per hour, the lamb gives you 25 per hour.
Good point Isabella!
Just a quick note to say there’s two new dishes up, Bacon and Eggs, which appears to be taking on the attributes of Stardust Stew, and Ginger Plum Pork Chops, which seems to be doing the same for Martian Brain Bake, which is fine with me, the Alien stuff just didn’t fit.
@ Tony,
You are right, the Alien dishes didn’t seem too tasty
Just made the update with the bacon and eggs, and the ginger plum pork chops.
Hi Dave, I think using those bots (not really familiar with them, but I’ve read about them in other websites) takes the fun from the game. Yes, I think that most us have that “competitive kick”, but it’s not the same accomplishment when you have this “thing” that helps you out without having to physically do anything. My neighbors asks me “how do I level so fast?”, I simply say, at level 58..I bake those delicious chocolate cakes like there’s no tomorrow. My personal take on is that..do the right way and be happy with your accomplishments.
I must agree with you, Beth!
It’s pretty obvious, when someone is dedicating a single stove to cooking/deleting Carmel Apples (for instance) and pumping out cafe points 24/7/365 (minus connection errors).
Personally, I lose respect for someone that employs such tactics. It’s the reason I quit playing “MyBrute” (another addictive Flash game). LoL! Some of those “players” had only 10 kills and 100,000 pupils. Hello?!?!? How could that be?
On point, when I see a Level 135 Chef with 670 million coins, I suspect that they’re cheating. How about you?
Anyway, to each his own. I’m still enjoying playing the game…
Hey Chuck, nice to see you again. How is your Cafe World play going?
can you tell his name???…that level 135 chef???
I haven’t seen any bots, but the video I created at my site (www.cafeworldchart.com) may look like a bot because I sped up the video over a long session of cooking/deleting Voodoo Salad. I plan on another video this weekend, but finally with Cake for the first time.
Hi Anto,
Bacon and Eggs: Level 14
Ginger Plum Pork Chops: Level 37
Thanks Su! I needed that info
I think the serving CP for bacon and eggs is 120. I just pulled a few off stoves and I *think* that’s the number I noticed, but I’m not positive.
Coolazity is right, CP for bacon and eggs is identical to Stardust Stew.
Also, can someone explain to me how it takes 9 hours to cook bacon and eggs? Should be more like 9 minutes…
It also stands to reason that Ginger Plum Pork Chops will take on the same attributes as Martian Brain Bake, meaning 314 total CP… I guess Zynga didn’t bother to think up new numbers.
People, the CP for serving Ginger Plum Pork Chops it’s 280.
Ginger Plum Pork Chops give the same points of Martian Brain Bake.
Bye…
How boring is that? They make dishes to replace the temporary ones. Its not a big deal, but kind of disappointing. I want a new and better 18 hour dish, or a 20 hour dish. I’d like a 16 hour dish too. This might sound stupid but how about a 36 hour dish?
I know what you mean. In Farmville, you have crops from 4 hours to 16 hours with 2 hour increments (at least as far as I’ve gotten), but for Café World, they just bring out things with the same cook time with slight variation in profit per serving. I really only cook 3-4 dishes of the ones I have unlocked.
Granted, Café World does have a lot of short cook time items while Farmville’s fastest crop is at 2 hours, but unless I’m planning on sitting at my computer for hours on end, there’s little point for me to cook them now. I’m more likely to have them spoil than actually serve them.
Thanks all the list is awesome!
@ Mau, thank you for visiting
Hi, i was decorating my Cafe in space style. But now the tables and stoves aren’t buyable anymore. Is there any other way to get those stoves and tables?
shouldnt Ginger Plum Pork Chops be the same as Martian Brain Bake in terms of exp? ginger plum pork chops have 1 less exp…
@ Weesla,
It’s just the way Zynga’s organizers have set up those dishes.
I think what Weesla’s asking is why
33+280+1 = 314 for the Brain Bake, but
33+280+1 = 313 for Pork Chops.
Something’s off by one in the Pork Chop equation.
Oh my God! Really sorry for that error. I will correct it now.
Sorry guys for not getting it at first
Hello Anto,
“How is (my) Cafe World play going?”
Well…
(Real) life bit me in the backside, during the last month. I *feel* like I’ve been sitting in a pepper patch! As a result, my CW play and Anto’s World Blog’ing (necessarily) had to suffer!
I had (chatty) relatives come to visit for 3 days – which turned into a fortnight. The tyres on my car decided to expire prematurely. The roofing on my house was destroyed by a vicious storm. And, I got H1N1, to boot. During all of this, I moved my production web site to a new server, and spent a few sleepless nights, trying to get all the scripts up n’ running, and sync’ed with the new services.
LoL!
Other than that, everything is fine! Things are starting to simmer back to a slow boil, and I’m finally getting some “quality time” in my CW kitchen.
Heh! I’ve got some catching up to do. Connie and Graeme have passed me in a cloud of smoke, so I’ll have to do some heavy-duty time and coinage management to (if you’ll pardon the pun) ketchup.
Anyway, I hope to be more active in the coming days and weeks. I’m not bored with CW yet, and that’s a good thing, no?
@ Chuck,
Yes that’s a good think not to have gotten bored yet
Glad you’re back playing and I am sure your Café will be resurect and become the popular restaurant that it use to be. I also hope everything is under control in your own life too my friend.
Can you have too many dishes on a serving plate? I have about 124,566 of the plum toast thing. This is never served and only new food or food gifts are used by my waiters?
Please help!!
@ Vicky,
Wow, that’s a lot of dishes! I don’t think they will spoil but it will take a very long time to serve them. Make sure you don’t move your counter as you redecorate because, as I have heard, you might lose all those dishes.
Hi Anto,
Just wanna say great job on organizing and managing such a great blog. I’ve always come here almost everyday just to see new info on the dishes. It’s unfortunate CW only have small selection of dishes for level 65+, I hope they’ll add new varieties and excitements soon =)
Anyway, thanks for such a great site.
@ Anthony,
Thanks for your encouragement my friend, and I am glad you enjoy my blog.
And I agree with you, I am sure CW will come up with new dishes for people playing level 65 and up.
Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for the work you done. I’m from Montreal too (NDG). I have been looking for a cookbook price guide with the cost per serving. No site has the cost per serving and I searched through hundreds of guides and websites.
I use the CW bonus checker to collect my gifts from my friends and I needed a price guide with the cost per serving to use a reference to only pick the most expensive dishes.
I bookmarked your page and plan to use it daily. Can you please make an option to organize the list by cost high to low?
Thank you again for your work and I look forward to your reply.
Also anyone who wants can add me to Facebook and as a neighbor in Cafe World.

Tommy Vercetti
@ Tommy Vercetti,
Thank you for your encouragement and feedback
About the list of dishes by cost, I will consider it in my future updates, maybe even in my post about café coins.
By the way, I do yoga lessons at NDG!
Awesome, thx Anto. I have another question fr you. Do you have a breakdown on what would be the best cost effective dish to buy and delete that gives the most cafe points to level up faster?
@ Tommy,
I don’t have that information. My guess would be the Chicken Gyro and fries. But someone mentionned that you Café World doesn’t allow you to do that with dishes that take less than 30 minutes to cook.
But MMM mentionned before the following:
I hope this helps Tommy.
I did read his post but unfortunately I’m only lvl 19 and don’t have those dishes available. I’m looking for a chart that has the cost break down per click. But thx anyways.
ways to get some medals…
to get all medals in destoying dishes, just buy the cheapest 3 min food Chips and Guacamole, and let it rot. if it takes 3 mins to cook, it tk 3 mins to rot as well.
to get all medals for decoration, just get the cheapest item under decor, and then sell it off if you do not want them, it still be considered for the medal tally.
to get all medals for selling items, just get the cheapest item ( flooring ), and sell them off.
to get all medals for firing staff, just hire and fire different friends. it does nt matter whether they play cafe world or not. you can fire then re-hire same friend later if you want.
to get all medals for avatar items, same thing, get all the cheap items like clothes, shorts, hairstyle…etc etc…and you get the medals when 76 items bought. you can buy then sell it off, and it still be part of medal tally.
to level up fast, cook then delete Tostada de Carne Asada after you get all the points for preparing ( 42 ), then when you are at the level, cook then delete Chocolate Cake after you get all the points for preparing ( 72 ). at 16 stoves, it is 1152 points, costing 20800 coins to buy.
Hey Anto,
Just a heads up about the removal of neighbors (it was something we discussed a month ago). Just because you remove them from your Cafe World doesn’t mean you are removed from that persons Cafe. I tried removing my husband but when he went on his account he still had me as a neighbor. So just incase anyone asks you know. But I sure am glad they added that feature.
Hope you are cookin away!
Take care,
Joanne
@ Joanne,
Thank you. Someone else also mentionned the new option of removing a neighbour.
For Tommy. I have a very very extensive spreadsheet of this game. email me at mag92479@yahoo.com and I’ll send it to you. My spreadsheet has the inverses where I use the formula coins per ex. The best one, that you can delete is Caramel Apples at just under 7 points per CP. However that’s boring at 13 CPs each. However I know Graeme uses that a lot. Pumpkin pie costs 12.5 coins/CP and nets you 16 CP. Voodoo is 18.92 Coins/CP for 37 CPs.
Thx Matthew. It sounds like its exactly what I’m looking for. I sent you an email if you can plz send me the spreadsheet It’ll be very appreciative. Thx and add me as a neighbor if you want. http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?ref=profile&id=605587306
New items available. I haven’t gone through through all of them but I did notice 2 new dishes -White Radish Cake (Serves 35, 6 coins per serving, earns 2010 coins and has a 1 day cook time. The second dish is a Chinese Candy Box (Lvl 70 required) (i have no price info avail.)
Thanks Tommy!
New dishes! White Radish Cake and a Chinese Candy Box!! I already started the White Radish Cake since it takes a day. It was 5 points per ingredient if I remember correctly. Also, the Chinese Candy Box is available at level 70.
Here’s a list of good recipes for using the buying cafe points method:
Format: (Coins:cafe points ratio) – (Ingredient name) – (Cp earned during preparation stage)
1. 7.5 – Caramel apple – 12
2. 17.38 – Atomic buffalo wings – 21
3. 19.4 – Spaghetti and meatballs – 24
4. 19.86 – voodoo chicken salad – 36
5. Tostadas and some others..
So if you want to save real time, go for those with a higher cp with a coin:cp ratio. If you’re really rich, go for those really expensive dish with a 30-50:1 ratio with good cp.
I use Tostadas, and then Chocolates cakes, to buy points, along with the post i made about getting some of the medals…..these will help you to level up fast, but you need patience….
new dish is introduced to cafe world!!!
can anyone provide any information on this???
also can anyone add me as your neighbor???
@ Arun Kabilan, I am working on it!
I have been checking this Blog for the last month that I have been playing Cafe World. I have also passed it on to my family who also now play Cafe World regularly. Thank you for all of the information and updates.
I noticed two new dishes this morning. Chinese Candy Box

Cost 6000
White Radish Cake
Level ?
Cost 300
Servings 335
6 coins per serving
2010 coins total
cook time 1 day
At first glance they both look promising. I look forward to finding out the CP earned for both.
Thank you Brian. Do you have the rest of the info by any chance? I am only at level 64.
Hi Anto.. just want to tell you,
Chinese Candy Box
Cost 6000
Servings 2000
Earns 9 per serving, total 18000
Cook time 2 days
CP/ingredient 33
Serving CP ?? (I’ll tell you later when it’s ready)
Thank you Lanny, any other info maybe?
Anto,
Thank you so much for this site. It’s the best one I’ve seen so far…and I’ve been googling my heart away trying to learn how to advance in this game. I never took myself to be competitive but CW has brought that side out of me:-). I want to level up fast but enjoy the game at the same time. If I have more specific questions. I’ll let you know. Keep up the great work AND continue to share tips for us NOVICE players.
@ Gee Gee… wow……. what a nice comment that was… I truly thank you for those nice words of appreciation and encouragement. And I promise you I will continue working on my blog and make sure I get the proper updates on Cafe World
I agree with Gee Gee. Best site by far! Thx for all the work you’ve done.
The White Radish Cake is exactly alike as the discontinued Vampire Staked Steak.
5 per ingredient and 97 per serving if im not mistaken.
@ Joey,
Thanks, I will make the update.
hi all,
chinese candy box earns you 33cp per click during prep (99cp total)..will post the serve cp once i get there : )
obviously not the dish for deleting..6000coins to buy 99cp per stove..thats 60.6 coins to earn 1 cp..
to those who wants to level up fast,
still best cp/coins ratio is caramel apples as mentioned by some of us here :- 7.5 coins per cp..but takes a lot time & clicks..
choc cake is fast to earn cp..around 18 coins to earn 1 cp (1300 to buy / 74cp for prep)but..try Shu Mai Dumplings if youre there..15.8 coins per cp (950 to buy / 60 cp for prep)
@ Pig’s Lair Cafe,
Thanks for all that useful info. I will make the update.
If you’re going to use the “Buy/Prep/Discard” method to pile up Cafe Points, you only need 1 spare stove to do it effectively. Load all your other stoves as normal, and just use the one spare for generating CP.
Additionally, if you pick a dish to cycle that’s on the top-right of the Cookbook page, you can line up the stove with the Pop-Up Delete Button and the Buy button on the Cookbook page.
Then you don’t even need to move your mouse. Just sit there and click, over and over again!
Hahaha thx JuJu that’s pretty smart….I’ll give it try.
The Chocolate Cake *was* top-right… But once they added the Chinese stuff, it got pushed to the bottom-right… So unfortunate. Now I actually have to move my mouse… (But, I can still line up the stove with the Delete button, though)
Just made the White Radish Cake. It’s exactly the same as the Vampire Staked Steak. 15 for ingredients (5 for each), 97 for the dish, and 1 for cleaning. Later!
Thanks for the info superscarf.
We should have a pool for the Chinese Candy Dish’s XP. I say when you serve it you get approximately 550 CP. Any other guesses?
@ Matthew,
I think it’s 400 CP for Chinese Candy.

Thank you Jackie R!
I have devised a spreadsheet based on the available data on CW dishes. I find most dishes are good at either creating CP or coin accumulation. As you go further into the game, you usually find dishes that are more efficient generators of CP or coins, so you find yourself saying, “why bother with Chicken Pot Pie when you can make Impossible Quiche,” and so on. The White Radish Cake, however, is not one of those. If you want low-cost CP, you’re better off with Chicken Gyros. And compared to the other 24-hour dishes, the Radish Cake has lousy yield per prep minute. 24 hours for 335 servings? LOL. Think of it as more expensive fruit salad.
@ Tony,
You are right my friend. I also realized that Chinese Cancy, compared to Chicken Tandoori, gives you less CPs, even if the candy take longer to cook.
Chinese Candy Box
(2 days to cook)
(Available at level 70)
99 (33 for each ingredient)
300 by serving dish
1 by cleaning stove
400 total Café Points
6,000 coins to buy dish

Thank you Helen!
Very useful info
chinese candy box :-
6000 to buy
2 days to cook
33 per ingredient (99 prep CP)
300 cp to serve
id rather serve Grand Tandoori Chicken : )
@ Pig’s Lair,
I agree about the Tandoori Chicken, it takes only one day to cook and gives you 404 CPs instead of 400 CPs for the Chinese Candy Box which needs two days to cook!
CHINESE CANDY BOX
Price: 6000
Servings: 2000

=) add me as neighbor. Im level 76..
@ Khen,
Thank you very much for the info. I just used it to update the Dishes’ chart. I would love to have you as a neighbour, I am Anto Youssef in Montreal (on Facebook).
Warning!! I just logged in to find that my waiters are not teleporting dishes any more and my buzz rating had dropped to a 68 in an hour! Am I the only one that had to do this?
My brother had the same problem today. The waiters were sneaking out the corner not blocked in.
He rearranged the counters to include a barricade and it works. His buzz rating went back to 105.
mine still ok ever since i discovered this method….prob is, sometimes servings are so fast, i cant cook fast enuff to keep up !!!
Hi Anto-
I just wanted to let you know how great your site is. It’s my main resource to figure out what to cook to gain the most Cafe Points! (I started playing Cafe World at the end of December, and am at Level 43 already!)
Keep up the good work!!!
@ Kelly,
That’s so sweet of you to say
It’s words of encouragement like yours that make me continue working on this blog!
Wow, Level 43! Continue the good work!
I’ll echo what kelly said /\/\
top site this pal
Hey everyone, I need some help regarding facebook home page and cafe world. Right here’s the thing. My facebook has just changed to the new facebook and there’s no option to filter my homepage news to just cafe world. Another words I can’t just go to my homepage select cafe world posts and get servings off everybody’s dishes. When you click cafe world from the menu to the left (in the new facbook) it just takes you straight to the game. Is anyone else having this problem? I’ve got a bookmarked link that will filter my home page to just cafe world posts but that’s just more messing about. Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks
Hey Gaz,
You should use the app CW Bonus Checker http://apps.facebook.com/cwbonuschecker/
And for automated coin links go to
http://apps.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=217700022703&ref=ts
Bonus links expire after 24hrs and the auto links are posted twice daily.
Correction: Automated Bonus Links – http://cafe-world.net/cafe-cash/automated-bonus-links/
Ah yes, this sounds all too familiar….
As far as the advanced level dishes go, I would go so far to say that the Tandoori Chicken might be the last good dish left in the game, for reasons stated above. However, if you like to cook/delete just to get the CP, then the Chocolate Cake is very good for that. And Chocolate Cake almost replaces the need for Overstuffed Peppers, unless you can appreciate the difference in prep time.
@Gaz
I had the same issue, it’s gone. I bookmarked it and get there this way: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?filter=app_101539264719
@Tony,
I’m not sure about Chocolate Cake being the best burn and churn dish. For my coins I use the Shu Mai Dumplings. At 16 coins per cafe point it beats Cake by 2 and it’s only 4 cp’s less so it doesn’t take that much longer to level up. Now if you’re using a bot then the Carmel Apples are the best hands down at 7 coins per cp.
Hi Anto, I’m pretty new to cafe, and I’m loving it. I’ve never been big on playing games but this one has me hooked. I love this blog, there’s great info and people who also seem to love playing and finding it a challenge to see what dishes give the most CP.
If anyone wants a neighbor and wants to number-crunch the dish numbers, feel free to contact me, mention “CW” in your message or request….
Thank you Michele

oops forgot to add that
I have been unable to play Cafe World for the better part of a week now. I have reported the problem each day to Zynga. Here’s my latest report:
Customer (Graeme McRae) 02/08/2010 07:21 PM
It’s now day 5 of my problem with Cafe World, without a solution. The game is still totally unusable.
I don’t think you fully appreciate the nature of my problem. It’s NOT that I play for a while, and then lose the connection. It’s also not that sometimes I get in, and sometimes not. The fact is that EVERY time I have tried to load the game during the past five days, I get a connection error.
Today, the behavior is a bit different, so I will share it with you, in detail:
When I click the Cafe World icon, I see this:
Heading to your Cafe…
I wait patiently, and soon see this:
Welcome Back! You have earned so many coins, and recieved tips, etc.
Sometimes I click the green circle with a check mark in it; sometimes I don’t… In either case, I see this next:
Retrying… The game is trying to improve the connection.
Then after the three dots following “retrying” blink for a while, I see this:
Connection Lost. There was a problem with your connection. Click OK to reconnect and continue playing!
I click “OK” as instructed, and then the whole scenario repeats itself.
I repeat: I NEVER get into the game to collect my daily bonus, or clean the stoves that have flies buzzing around them.
At the risk of boring you with repetition, this is NOT just a simple intermittent failure to connect. This is a constant and repeatable problem that happens EACH and EVERY time I load the game, making the game unusable.
————————-
I hope someone from Zynga sees this post, and is in a position to do something about it.
This is sometimes happening to me too but I finally do get in. Has anyone tried opening their gift boxes that we are supposed to open on the 9th? Is there a way to open them?
According to the Zynga Forums the users are saying we need to wait until the Zynga offices open. They are located in California (PST). So hopefully soon
thanx tommy!!
A copy of my latest update, which I sent to Zynga: It’s now day 6 of my problem with Cafe World, without a solution. The game is still totally unusable.
I can see you’ve been working on the game, and that’s very nice. However, EVERY time I have tried to load the game since this problem began, including three times today, I get a connection error immediately after the game loads, and before I am able to take any action in the game.
Today, the “connection lost” message is slightly different — it says Connection Lost, Yaaaaargh! Click OK to reload the game and continue playing!
I click “OK” as instructed, and then the whole scenario repeats itself. I did this three times.
This is a constant and repeatable problem that happens EACH and EVERY time I load the game, making the game unusable. There must be something about my cafe that causes this problem, because it’s the same on every computer I’ve tried, and there’s nothing wrong with these computers, because other Facebook users are able to log on and use Cafe World with these same computers.
I’m looking forward to an eventual (if not speedy — that ship has sailed) resolution of this problem!
This is the only way I’ve been able to get into my cafe successfully. Like you, I have been shut out for about one week. The problem isn’t Zynga per se, it is more of a FaceBook issue I believe. Here’s why: I have been able to get in by bypassing FaceBook, that is loading the game directly though Zynga because evidently the Facebook page plus the game application is overloading the Adobe flash process, I’m not a techie but I think thats part of the problem. If you load directly through Zynga, I’ll try to give you the address, you can only play your cafe, collect bonuses, visit your friends cafe, decorate, etc. You cannot send gifts or add friends, because those links are not displayed. So although its not a permanent solution, its not too bad of a temporary fix in order to keep your cafe going. I’ved tried to share this with others but I’ve gotten a message that says that this site was “reported to facebook” I think its a scare tatic so that we do not bypass their application page with all of the “ads” that make them money :=)! http://tinyurl.com/yz98xz8 I hope this helps, if it does share it withsome else with the same problem
@ Jayn,
Thank you for all your info.
hi Jayn, can you give me the zynga address, id like to try it from ‘their end’ haha. my email is: leothelion1962@gmail.com or my facebook name is Janeen Jones – black and white picture on horse with my twin when younger.. thnx!
THANK YOU! I was able to access my cafe for the first time in 11 days using your tip.
Anyone have any ideas of how to get the filter to work now with this latest update? Everything seems to be at least 2 hours old when you try to filter the gifts.
I have hesitated to post links for fear of being seen as spamming, but looking back, I see people have posted site links. I’m more than glad let anyone interested to view my spreadsheet, which is not 100% scientific, just based on the data that is freely available. Works for me. I’m not sure if you need to be a gmail user to access it because it is a Google document. But if you can access it, please take a look and offer feedback. (You, too, Anto, our gracious host.)
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Am-0jBOmi7×1dDhfNXJMMjJlMXhUdmN4bXVDeGhiM3c&hl=en
It works for me. Thx Tony. Very useful.
You’re welcome! Some of the calculations are arbitrary on my part (Yield Urgency = Profit Per Serving x Yield Per Minute, who knows if that’s really true), but the spreadsheet has revealed some things that are not readily apparent, for example, if you like to keep your buzz rating at 105 without having to close it, make a lot of Tostadas, then go to work, go away for a day, and they will still be there when you come back, LOL. There are a lot of dishes that make 1,200 or more servings, but only one that does it in 8 hours.
Got a gift of shrimp pasta. new dish?
It seems like it, let me check Andy.
I can’t get into CafeWorld at all. Anyone else having this problem. I use FireBox and the last time this happened I cleared the past 4 hours and it worked but I forgot how to do it. Help please.
Bobbi
@Bobbi, I’m able to log on fine. I do notice that the lag is still there and they have the a pop up “notice” that comes up saying “we’re trying to improve your connection”…sorry, I don’t exactly remember what it says, but it’s along those lines.
Did you try upgrading your Firefox? Also, I stumbled across the forum that if you do ctr alt delete to access your task manager..right click on firefox>select>set affinity and choose one processor. Hope this helps.
u need to add zgyna website to the whitelist of your antivirus, or disable antivirus….this is what is required if using kaspersky. or just keep reloading.
To Bobbi, check my earlier post
Sorry typo – FIREFOX.
Hi anto and everyone
I’m at lvl 62 and can’t be on face book 24/7. I’ve been cooking the delicious choco cake and lamb curry on a daily basis. Are these the best dishes for best xp for 24 hours cook time?
no, it’s got to be tandori chicken since it has the most points for 24 hrs.
Let me give you some 24 hour options. I am just going to write them down. Sometimes if you do what you do, you have time left over. If you are on the computer for at least 30 or 45 minutes, you could do a round of pancakes or caviar. Numbers change when I get the info for the two new dishes.
Chocolate Cake 14hrs+
Curry (dog poo) 8 hrs+
Caviar 30 minutes = 22.5 hours and 495 CP
replace Caviar with Pancakes for 10 more CP
Tandoori is 404 CP
Overstuffed Peppers twice is 24 hours and 412 CP
Savory Turkey 22 hrs +
Lobster 2 hrs = 24 hours and 284 CP
Chocolate Cake 14 hrs +
Shu Mai Dumplings 6 hrs
2 rounds of Lobsters 4hrs = 24 hours and 565 CP
Chocolate cake 14 hours +
4 rounds of Lobsters 6 hours = 22 hours and 545
Sneak in a round of pancakes if you time everything well to make it 576 CP
If you sleep 8 hours;
Lamb Curry 8 hrs +
Lamb Curry (at work) 8 hours+
Shu Mai Dumplings = 22 hours and 556 CP
And you have time for pancakes for 587 CP
Pick a combination you like
Thank you Matthew for all the options! I have more flexibility during weekends. This information is very helpful. Thanks again =)
Nice selection, thank you Matthew.
Beth, that’s exactly what I cook, I’m @ Level 73. The new dish Seafood Paella should replace Delicious Chocolate Cake though.
Grand Tandoori Chicken gives you 16.9 CP/hour. Lavish Lamb Curry gives you 25 CP/hour and Delicious Chocolate Cake is 19.6 CP/hour.
Thank you Ray!
There are three new dishes.
-Valentine Cake
-Seafood Paella
-Veggie Lasagna
new dishes for valentine’s day.. a valentine cake..
and a few more.. veggie lasagna and seafood paella..
Valentine cake costs 500, earns 2400 and gives 1900 profit. The xp earned for preparation is 21. Will post serving xp after 12 hours when the dish is complete.
Thanks Dr. Vinod,
I have to update the chart!
Seafood Paella is 24 per ingredient (72).
I have a hunch that Seafood Paella is the same as Delicious Choco Cake when it comes to CP. They have the same cook time of 14 hours.
The Veggie Lasagna is 22 hours to cook. It is 22 CP per ingredient. The Seafood Paella is 24 CP per ingredient. I’ll cook both to be finished when I wake up tomorrow. Veggie Lasagna is 6 coins per serving, 900 servings for a total gross sale of 5400.
I am wondering, why are my CP not what I see posted? My Tandoori gives me 340 cp ea. Peppers give me 160 cp ea. Does it matter what level you are (62), how much you cook of a dish??? I want the full CP! *sigh*
Cafe Guest -
Every dish (except Chips and Guacamole) gets CP at two different times:
1 – You get CP as you are preparing the dish, once for each of the three steps. For Tandoori, this is 21cp per step, three times 21 is 63
2 – You also get CP when serving the dish. This is the “340″ for your Tandoori.
Even though you get some CP while making a dish, and some for serving it, the totals listed on this page is ALL CP (including the 1 CP for cleaning a stove after a dish is served.) You ARE getting all your CP, you just don’t see it all at once.
Seafood Paella is available at level 60.
Thank you Anto for making and maintaining this page. I go here for all the latest info because it’s accurate and you keep it updated. Ciao!
@ Amy, my pleasure, and thank you for visiting
Valentine Cake
(12 hours to cook)
(Available at level 4)
21 (7 for each ingredient)
80 by serving dish
1 by cleaning stove
102 total Café Points
500 coins to buy dish
24 coins per serving
100 servings
2400 total coins
*same as the Sweet Sensational Ham
@ Helen,
That is right, same as sweet seasonal ham. Thanks for the info by the way!
the valentine cake is 21 for preparation 3*7……… 80 for serving….. and i forgot to see the cleaning CP….
Yeah valentine cake as already updated by others before me gives a serving xp of 80. Good work Anto.. keep it goin
Thank you Dr. Vinod
As a newbie I thought the Ham was the best thing going because of the 24 coins per serving, and yes, if you want coins in a hurry, by all means cook the Ham/Valentine Cake, but the other two 12-hour dishes will last longer on the counter and give you actually more coins and CP.
Ah, but I beg to differ. Consider this: Base everything you cook on a per day basis.
If you do, then you will see that cooking overstuffed peppers not only garners the largest amount of xp per day (412) its relatively inexpensive @ 1300coins, it will yield 17,200 xp or cafe points per day, THATS PER STOVE. Even if you can cook the Chinese Candy Box, it is still not better than Overstuffed Peppers. WHY? Because it takes 2 days to cook then it only gives 400 CP Divide this by 2 and thats only 200 CP per day! Also even though it will net 18,000 cafe coins that only 9,000 per day and only 400 more than the net for Peppers! Did I manage to confuse anybody? BOTTOM LINE: Overstuffed Peppers is the way to go to level up the fastest without starting and deleting dishes.
Seafood Paella
(14 hours to cook)
(Available at level 60)
72 (24 by adding each ingredient)
200 by serving dish
1 by cleaning stove
273 total Café Points
1500 coins to buy dish
7 coins per serving
800 servings
5600 total coins
*same amount of Café Points as the Delicious Chocolate Cake, but better profits (5,600 vs 4,750)
@ Helen,
Wow, you are really helping me here!
the new valentine dish; 21 points to serve the dish. I will post, tomm, the serving points
Thanks Ken!
Veggie Lasagna
(22 hrs to cook)
(Available at level 66)
66 (22 by adding each ingredient)
370 by serving dish
1 by cleaning stove
303 total Café Points
1400 coins to buy dish
6 coins per serving
900 servings
5400 total coins
Hi, Helen.
How can the veggie lasagna be 303 Total CP if it is 66 for the ingredients, 370 for serving and 1 for cleaning (66+370+1 = 437)?
Can someone verify?
I think Helen reversed two numbers. Probably should be 303 for serving, 66 for ingredients , 1 for cleaning = 370 cp
Veggie Lasagna
(22 hrs to cook)
(Available at level 66)
66 (22 by adding each ingredient)
370 by serving dish
1 by cleaning stove
437 total Café Points
1400 coins to buy dish
6 coins per serving
900 servings
5400 total coins
Oops…it’s my error in addition. Lanny is correct 370 by serving and the total should be 437 CP.
This isnt really great info. but i thought i’d let you know – when choosing a recipe from the cookbook you can click once, twice, three times, or four really quick and when the screen returns to your stove USUALLY you are saved the amount of clicks on your stove needed to ‘prep’ your food. Give it a try. i have a spreadsheet as well i created a while back which shows recipes sorted by profit, recipes sorted by cooking time. i had one for servings but realized i really didnt need it. Thanks to your site i just found i will add an area for recipes sorted by Cafe Points! Great site!
Thank you Janeen, any info is useful
the valentine cake give the total amount of 102 cafe points.
Valentines Cake
Cafe Points: 102 (21 for preparing, 80 for serving, 1 for cleaning up)
Seafood Paella
Cafe Points: 273 (72 for preparing, 200 for serving, 1 for cleaning up)
Veggie Lasagna
Cafe Points: 437 (66 for preparing, 370 for serving, 1 for cleaning up)
according to http://www.cafeworldstrategy.com/
Thank you Bia for the info. By the way, great site you have!
If you can cook Tostada Carne Asada and want to level up by cooking and deleting, this is the way to go. True it will take twice the effort as starting and deleting Pot Roast and/or King Crab Bisque, BUT it is the most cost effective way to achieve the result and the net cp/xp will be a bit higher. But this is only for cooking and deleting to level up. Other wise Cooking and SERVING Overstuffed Peppers is best.
I’m an Overstuffed Pepper lover because at level 46 (soon level 47) its the best thing to cook for me now. Once I move up a bit, quite a bit I will reasses the cooking time vs cost vs cp vs points options of the other dishes
Valentine cake… 7 pts each prep and 80 pts on serve

nevermind. I hadn’t seen any of the other comments.
That’s cool Zach, thank you for participating
I think the best dish to be cook for fast level up are:
overstuffed pepper- if you can cook twice a day you’ll earn 206 x 16 = 3296 x 2 = 6592 total cafe points per day.
Grand Tandoori chicken- one day cook 404 x 16 = 6464 cafe points per day.
Lavish lamb- if you can cook twice a day 200 x 16 = 3200 x 2 = 6400 cafe points per day
Chocolate Cake- just cook twice a day 273 x 16 = 4378 x 2= 8736 total cafe points per day.
If you cook this dishes, every 2 days you’ll level up. If you can cook twice a day or per day try this dishes.
Veggie Lasagna
(22 hours to cook)
66 (22 by adding each ingredient)
? by serving dish
6 coins per serving
900 servings
4100 total coins
Haven’t finish cooking the dish yet, so that’s all i know… Hope it helps though
Yes Woolbiatch, it helps a lot. Thanks for the info
I just want to know why some foods were discontinued. I liked making the gingerbread house because it gave lots of coins.
@ Kenneth, probably because those dishes were related to a special holiday. You might get access to the Gingerbread House again next Christmas.
Anto,
It would be great to see the Vip dish and Super Sliders in your chart, Just so we dont forget any dishes, if possible. I loved the Super Sliders! They were just So CUTE! xxxx
Sarah, I was away when these dishes were offered. Do you know the info on the VIP dish and the Super Sliders?
Hi Anto.
Super sliders were:
5 mins to cook
15 coins to buy
4 coins per serving
25 servings
100 Total Coins
The Super Sliders will give 2CP per step and 4CP for serving, so you will get 10CP total. Plus 1 CP for cleaning = 11CP
VIP Dinner was:
18 Hours to cook
0 coins to buy
99 coins per serving
99 servings
9801 Total Coins
The Vip Dinner didnt gain any CP for prep, just for serving and that was 174 CP.
Hope this info helps!
Sarah x
Hi Sarah,
When were the VIP dishes released? it’s the first time I’ve ever heard of them
Iam not sure where to comment about this but here it goes. I notice a new thing in my cafe is call spices. Anybody knows what is that and how we will be using it?
Quote from Social Game Central – “So what is the Café World Spice Rack? It will allow players to add a variety of “spices†to their food that will give the dishes special properties, such as shortening cook times, reversing spoilage, producing more servings, and other special effects. In addition to spicing up one’s own food, players will be able to visit their neighbors and add a little spice to their dishes, as well.”
This sounds like this will cost real money
I am also curious about the new spices.
The valentine cake is on double coins and double cp!!! That is almost the same as overstuffed peppers in terms of cp but 1300 more coins per serving!! =)
Café World Cupid has brought the DAILY DOUBLE to Café World! In honor of the holiday of love, our Valentine’s Cake will get you DOUBLE Cafe Points and DOUBLE coins all weekend, starting right now… It’s the best dish ever! Hurry while love is in the air, and watch out for a special V-day notification message from us with a very special gift! Hint: it can’t buy love!
While there are food cooking on the stoves, does anyone know if you earn more coins leaving Cafe World running on your browser or should you exit and come back when the food on the stove is ready to be served?
hi helen, im not an expert and anyone can correct me if im wrong, but i dont believe you earn any extra coins by exiting the game or leaving it ‘running’ while your food cooks. The customers are served regardless with the food that is available. hope this helps!
So for Valentine’s weekend, the Valentine’s cake will be giving double Cafe Points & double Cafe Coins. Just fyi. Happy Valentine’s everyone… Love the blog!
Jayn, your tip worked. Do you have many Facebook friends? I think the problem occurs while Cafe World is trying to put faces in the pictures of my 638 neighbors that adorn the bottom of my screen from among my 2182 friends.
I tried to explain your workaround, via Facebook, to a friend of mine, but was thwarted — I got the message “oops, something went wrong” while trying to send the message that contains the tinyurl you sent. Here’s what I eventually sent to him:
Good news… Someone named Jayn posted on Anto’s World blog a work-around. By going to a certain website Facebook won’t let me reveal to you, it is possible to bypass Facebook and go directly to Zynga’s website, where the problem does not occur. I suspect the problem has to do with my large number of friends. I would still like to get the Facebook version working, though, because then I will be able to send and receive gifts, see your pretty faces in my neighbor row at the bottom of the screen, etc.
I’ll give you a hint regarding the name of the website… It begins with a very tiny url, and then the last part is spelled y, z, 9, 8, x, z, 8, except without the spaces and commas.
Graeme McRae I’m sooo glad you followed my lead. I’ve too suspect that it has to do with the number of friends I have about 2000 and also the number of neighbors I only have about 350 and only about 1200 gifts in my gift box. I have set my website flash setting to unlimited for Zynga and Facebook which should have eliminated the flash memory problem…but it didn’t. I have found that if I connect to Cafe world Through Facebook and I click on the 200 servings gift of the day, I can get off about 2-3 gifts before it sends me into the Cafe World “Frozone” LOL. Also, by experimenting and bypassing you can click on the icon for “new gifts” in the upper right and go directly to the Cafe World Gift Page..its not the same as being able to access your neighbor page, but at least you and I are not completely locked out with nothing to do….
isabella:
Thank you for the wonderful contribution of the cp/hour chart.
Jammin Jelly Donuts does not have a 81cp/hour rating but it’s only 45;
6cp (2 per ingredient)
8cp (for serving)
1cp (for cleaning)
Total CP = 15
20 mintues to cook.
Therefore, 15 * 3 = 45cp
Cheers! =)
LOL oooops!!!
I just checked my spread sheet and found out that instead of 6 (2 x ingredient) I had written 18 (6 x ingredient XP )
Thanks for pointing that out, because I oftenly cooked the donuts trusting they were a really good dish!!
take care,
hey you guys make sure u cook valentines cake they giv u double cp and cafe coins only untile this week-end!!

I updated my spreadsheet and changed some of the values that I had developed. And also added explanations at the bottom…
Hey Anto:
Thanks for being my neighbor. Whats the name of you cafe? Most of my neighbors don’t have pictures or names.
is cafe world gonna try to increase stoves beyond 16 stoves?
I just got a message that I found the long lost recipe to my grandmothers apple pie and all I need is the secret ingredient….love…which if I publish my friends can give me. Has anyone else received a message like this? What is up with it?

another gd site for cafe world…along with anto’s site for the tips…i managed to climb to lvl 65 as of today! thx anto!
A small warning here. If your boss is your friend on Facebook, you may immediately want to hide your “Activity on Applications and Games Dashboards†else he’ll easily get to know about all the Farmville sessions and Mafia Wars that you’ve played today during office hours.
Go to Privacy Settings –> Applications and Websites -> Customize and type the name of your boss to hide all your games activity from him /her, or select “only me” – only you yourself can access it.
