Café World – Counters
Café World > Counters
Counters are used to put cooked dishes on so they can be served to clients. When a dish is ready after being cooked, the head chef transfers it from the stove to a free counter. Waiters can then serve all the dish’s servings to the clients.
A counter can host only one dish. When you cook a new dish, you need a free counter to put it on, or a counter that already has the same dish.
When you start playing Café World, you have 3 counters. But as you advance in the game, you can purchase even more counters to satisfy your growing clientele.
We need more counters and stoves after level 50! Or become able to purchase our own at anytime.
I am trying to delete one serving (I only have one serving left) of the bacon cheeseburger, and when I click to try and delete nothing shows up. However when I try deleting other dishes it works fine. I also can not make and then add the cheeseburger to the existing serving on my counter. If anyone has any suggestions or idea’s I would be very grateful for the input.

@ Brandi, it sounds like a bugg that the game has. Usually they fix it whithin a few days.
Thanks, I finally got rid of the last serving today!
My counter with one serving of bacon cheeseburger is also locked – its a real pain! And putting me off playing the game as I have only two counters to work off. HELP!

There seems to be some serious bugs in the game these past few days.
I still have a bacon cheese burger that won’t go away and I can’t delete it. It’s been like that for a couple of weeks. If I delete the counter, can I buy another one before I level up or is there another way to fix this?

If there is no way you can click on the counter to delete the remaining dish, I suggest that you try by moving the counter, and then deleting it and replacing it. You should be able to do that, unless there is a bug in the game.
I can’t move the counter, cant delete it and therefor have only two stoves. I am thoroughly peeved off!!
Theres a bug in the game – I have the same. Can’t delete the dish – can’t delete the counter until the dish is gone. GRRRR. And have tried moving the counter etc. No way – I’m stick with one wretched serving which is using valuable counter space.
Have you written anything about instant serve anywhere? I can’t find it.
(Instant serve: When you place the counters so the waitors gets locked in and can’t go to tha tables. If you do this, the waitors will serve every table instantly! This works fine)

Yes I have heard about instant serve, but I haven’t written anywhere about it.
I am on level 63 and I want to buy a counter. How can I buy more counters and stoves

So far, you can only buy 16 counters and 16 stoves.

Question about counters: I am at level 47 and have 9 counters available to me. My wife is at level 60 and only has 8 counters. You said above we can buy 16 each of stoves and counters, but how do we purchase more than the game makes available to us? Or is that even possible.

Well it use to be more counters but now I can only get 8 counters myself… Zynga is known to have been changing the rules a lot for number of stoves, counters, gifts, etc.
I’m on level 62 and I have 17 stoves, but I currently only have access to 10 counters. Am I supposed to have 16 or 17 counters at this level?
Still can’t get rid of that last serving of bacon cheeseburger. I’m giving up on the game. Sob.

Hi Anto – Your Blog is my daily, even hourly read and really keeps me up to date on everything CafeWorld.
Is there a chart listing by cooking time first, then Cafe Points second?
I make certain I have enough dishes on my counters prior to going to bed and during the day while I’m away from “Bobbi’s Banquet”. I’m at Level 60, have 6 Million Cafe Coins, keep a very steady 105.0 Buzz Rating and 998 dishes and gifts ready to use. I have 8 Counters and 16 Stoves.
I really am sooooo addictive that I almost went crazy when I lost CafeWorld the other evening. I wrote Zynga but never got an answer from them so I deleted the last 4 hours and somehow got back in again. I was told from other ‘neighbors’ that I was Zynga for that period of time and now my picture is gone.
Oh well. Again thank you and others on here for all your wonderful work on this site and the suggestions.

at level 2 you can have 4 cookers and 3 counters
at level 81 you can have 19 cookers and 13 counters

i leveled up to 65 and i still couldnt get a counter
just got back after a weeks holiday to discover at level 106 I now have the max cookers of 21 (they added 2) and 16 counters (they added 3)
