I tried firing and hiring new people, but nothing. My seating arrangement worked fine, but it was when I changed the placement of the food; suddenly it went up to almost 10. And still going up, too. On about half of my counters, I have over 10,000 servings of each dish. I currently also have 7 waiters, but my buzz rating stays between 5 and 6. I've seen it go up to like 6.2 once the other day, but I just don't understand why it stays so low with so much food and waiters. Also, I recently rearranged my cafe and tried adding 2 extra doors and moving my counters a bit, but I just don't understand why my rating won't go up with people giving me thumbs-ups.
